Members of a U.S. Army Reserve unit based in Wood River were briefed Wednesday about their upcoming deployment to Iraq.
The briefing was held at TR’s Cafe for soldiers with the 1008th Quartermaster Company and their family members. The unit will be deployed to Iraq in less than two months.
